The New Stainless Steel Firepot lasts approximately twice as long as the original mild steel firepot. The sidewalls and rod are made from a special high temp stainless steel alloy designed to withstand temperatures up to 2100° Fahrenheit. Rated for 1000 hours of use before replacement.

The Stainless Steel Patina
Heating the steel initiates a chemical reaction between iron and oxygen that creates a thin oxide layer on the metal. From the very first burn, this stove will begin to change colors. Gold, Purple, Blue, and Green will continue develop on the firebox and pipe the more the heater is used.

I wanted to first start by talking about Karen and her fantastic customer service. I had sent an email in the afternoon one day not expecting a reply until a few days later, when that night well after business hours I got a detailed response to all of my questions. I knew at this point I was going to buy a heater from them, it was just a matter of which one. After discussing with my wife a little we settled on the Revere, which I am so happy about as the large viewing window is absolutely stunning. I had read somewhere it was difficult to assemble, but I unpacked and assembled the patio heater in what seemed like a matter of minutes (watching YouTube assembly video and following paper instructions). The hardest part is taking off the SS laser finish protective cover, but when that steel is exposed WOW does it look good. I did the initial burn yesterday after putting the unit together and this evening I am enjoying the fire while writing this review. I feel like most standard heaters are too warm on your head and don’t radiate heat well elsewhere, leaving your core and legs freezing. Sitting anywhere near the Revere is absolutely fantastic as the heat feels evenly spread. I know when my dad sees and feels this heater at Christmas time he will be buying one (along with a few other family members I would imagine!).

Absolutely Incredible!! Sure, there are other wood pellet heaters available, and at a price lower, HOWEVER as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for!” And, my Revere Timber, well worth the cost paid and then some! Just an incredibly build unit, with time taken to ensure all the right things were developed and implemented for product roll out to the consumers. I’m so very impressed by this unit and of the outstanding Customer Service from the Staff of Wood Pellet Products.

Fantastic with the right fuel!
First let me say this is a beautiful and well made product. I really love the way it looks on our patio and is quite the conversation starter!
That said, I was struggling to find decent pellets in my area that would burn hot enough. All the big box stores around only carried some type of hardwood pellets that just never put off much heat. I was close to giving up on it when I decided to try tossing in a few compressed sawdust bricks and HOLY SMOKES, what a difference that made! Now this thing just cranks out heat like you’re on the surface of the sun!
The only downside to using the bricks is you can’t shut everything down quickly, you have to just wait for it to burn down to ash. Minor inconvenience though.
Definitely a great product and I’m very happy with the purchase.
Assembly was easy, just follow along with the YouTube video. The hardest part was removing the protective vinyl wrap that covers all the stainless parts during shipping. Pro-tip: use a hair dryer and it peels off more easily!

The product shipped and was packed so incredibly well. The videos made it very simple to assemble. One piece wasn’t cut quite right and when I reached out to Karen she had a new one shipped out right away. The product puts out an awesome amount of heat and looks so great with the safety cage.
